For the sake of posterity, I received an answer from the Technologic
support staff on this issue. The short answer is: the functionality
does not exist in the 7250.

The possible solutions are:
1. Have Technologic customize the CPLD to implement this
2. Use the 7260 (or the upcoming 7350), which does implement this feature
3. Use battery backup module to eliminate power failures
