I tried with just TS-RF2 but tsuart-rf.ko won't load. 
The setting on the zigbee board are JP1 off, JP2 off, JP3 on, JP4 off
On the GSM board are IRQ7 ON, JP1 OFF, JP2 OFF, JP3 OFF, JP4 OFF, JP5 ON
