Tell me - how much have you paid TS for a support contract?
The opensource world provides many freedoms. If you wish to take the lower
price freedoms it _can_ bring, them you pay the cost in having to do
quite a bit more work yourself - after all you actually have the freedom
to learn because all the source and much information _is_ available.
If that is too hard, you can pay people to do it.
I think you will find it hard to find any other embedded linux SBC
supplier who provides more free (as in beer) information and help
than TS does. If you know of better, with affordable boards, then please
let me know, I'd be very interested.
