Hmm, this must be Steven... I've been working with your co-worker Butch
providing support for the problems he has been reporting with regard to
the TS-7KV. I was unable to reproduce his problems as reported. As a
result I asked him to provide sample code to demonstrate the problem.
Even with his sample code I was still unable to reproduce the problem he
reported. I wrote him an email yesterday at 2:54 PM. Seeing as though I
have not received a response yet from him maybe you can respond...
e.g.
"I can't reproduce this. When I boot up I see 80x30 characters, the
kernel messages also report 80x30 characters. When I run your ncurses
app I still see 80x30 characters. To ensure there is not a communication
problem I am booting to a TS-7200 I am connecting a monitor to the VGA
connector on a TS-7KV. I log in via a USB keyboard and verify 80x30
characters, I then ran your ncurses app and it also showed 80x30
characters. I typed dmesg and saw the kernel reported 80x30 characters.
Am I doing something differently than you are?"
In case you don't have the sample app Butch sent me the app is available
here.
