Hi all,
I searched how to mount a USB memory stick, formatted with the
Windows FAT filesystem, on a TS-7250, but I've not been able to have
this one working so far.
I read about calling "/usr/bin/loadUSBModules.sh" in order to load
all the necessary modules, so I did it.
Then, somebody said to mount the memory stick with a command like
"mount -t vfat /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target/lun0/part1 /mnt/usb"
I created the "/mnt/usb" dir as there was just the "/mnt" one and I
used the "-t vfat" option in order to take into account the
filesystem on my memory stick. It didn't work, because in my system
there is no "/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target/lun0/part1", but only
the "/dev/scsi" part.
As a test I loaded "insmod usbserial" (which is a module for a
different device, but I wanted to try and see) and with this command
it created the full "/dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target/lun0/part1" path.
Now, anyway, I'm not able to mount my memory stick as I get the error
message "Mounting [...] failed: invalid argument"
Can anyone help please?
Will I have problems plugging in and out the memory stick? Do I have
to load something or unload something else everytime I do that?
Thanks in advance,
Marco
