(I would edit your message, but that junk on the right side makes it hard) >> in the "/dev" folder appear also "/dev/discs", "/dev/scsi/host0/..." What's in /dev/scsi/host0? Perhaps your appropriate partition isn't partition 1, but some other partition. See what directories/device files are actually generated and adjust your mount command appropriately. Rich
