You'll want to add the delay after you load the zydas zd1211 driver(and
all of the it's dependencies) prior to trying to configure the network
interface.

The line where you load the zdb.o module ;) The zdb.o module depends
upon some of the other USB modules to be loaded. I believe you'll need
usbcore.o, pcipool.o, usb-ohci.o, usb-ohci-ep93xx.o. You may also need
scsi_mod.o and sd_mod.o. It looks like you don't have these USB modules
loaded prior to loading zdb.o...
