Perhaps, while you're at it, is the connector for the built-in ADC missing
from the schematic? I can't seem to find it. (although it's not very
exciting, and well documented elsewhere)

You are correct, U24 is the SDRAM. I'll forward this to one of our
hardware engineers to see if we can release a revised schematic.
