[ts-7000] Mechanical drawing error?

Hi all

I have a TS7250 and I'm currently studying the following documents that
I believe are contradicting each other:

http://www.embeddedarm.com/downloads/Schem_Mech/TS-7250_Mech.pdf


For example:
In the schematic U24 is the MAX197 chip and in the mechanical drawing
combined with the picture U24 seems to be SDRAM (K4S561632E was SDRAM
last i checked). The SDRAM is instead labeled U13 in the schematic.

Any ideas?
