If the voltage drops below the threshold voltage, the board will enter
lowpower mode. Once power is reapplied the bat3 should come out of low power
mode, and supply 5VDC to the base board.
Note: The threshold voltage is 3.4V by default, it can be modified via the
userspace software.
Do you have JP7 installed on the TS-7260?
