It just happened while testing the boards. I think it happens when
the batteries runs to low without going to suspend but we need a
little more testing to be sure

So when the bat3 is in low power mode and we put the power back on the
bat3 (in our case, 24V) we expected waking up everything but the only
way to use the bat3 and the TS-7260 was by using the ISP header.
