Just FYI, the "--pwm1" and "--pwm2" options are ignored when specifying the
"--charge" options. The bat3 program will daemonize and automatically turn
the PWM circuits on and off as needed.
It looks like you've set the BAT3 board up to automatically shut power off
30 seconds after power is removed. I assume this is what you wanted? You
might try leaving this statement out and see if that affects anything.
Also, what is the behavior of the green LED? For the above parameters you
should see it flashing for 300 seconds, and then go off for 10 seconds.
How long are you letting the battery charge before removing the power?
