I can access /dev/ttyTS0 using getty without problem. /sbin/getty -L 115200 ttyTS0 And lsmod shows tsuart7260 1628 0 (unused) tsuart0 8880 0 [tsuart7260] vfat 10140 0 (unused) fat 29608 0 [vfat] So maybe you need to load tsuart0 first then tsuart7260?
