I'm no expert, but it appears you have 13 access points in your area, all with
the same ESSID but different channels and different MACs. Perhaps your adapter
is hopping from one to another trying to find the "best one" and getting lost on
the middle somewhere. I wonder if you tell it
"iwconfig wlan0 ap 00:0F:23:06:6E:80" if it will stick to that one?
Comment: I've never seen that "unstoppable scanning" message before. Google
doesn't seem to have much, either.
