Define industrial and harsh temps.

We go to some of the worst places in the world for computer equipment
- the same panel goes to the deserts in Australia where we have
measured temps inside our panel at 150 deg.F, and to Idaho, where it
sits all winter near 0 deg. F.

We sit outside, with no shade and no ventilation (we haven't found a
way to ventilate our panels so that critters and water can't get in
them). The guys in Australia put sunscreens over the panels to keep
them cooler...

Add to that that we must be daylight visible, so any sort of
backlighting is out. You cannot make a backlit screen bright enough
to be seen at 2PM in the Australian outback, or in Idaho for that
matter. We have not found a pre-made panel that can do what we need,
so we are specing our own, based on a 5.7" QVGA reflective monochrome
LCD. No touch screen, for reasons given. We've had bad experience
with touchscreens in harsh environments, so we'll be using a membrane
keypad.

Anyway, depending on quantities you need, you can spec your own. We're
using konqueror + Qt/E to drive the screen, and a custom keypad driver
to read the keypad.

Or if you want more details for what we have, contact me off-list.
(We're not resellers; but maybe we can share some development efforts.)
