Its likely the TS-7200 watchdog timer is set for less than 8 seconds. The
watchdog reboots the board before it can download the SerialBlaster boot
loader. This isn't a problem on TS-7250 boards 'cause the watchdog is 8
seconds, and most people can upload the boot image in that time.

So here's my fix....
Connect the FEED_WDOG/RESET pin of the 74HC4020 binary counter to the 3.3v
supply. This forces a continuous watchdog feed. Unfortunately your CF
connector is soldered over this chip, and you'd need access to the chip to
solder off the reset pin (pin 11), and bend it up and solder it to the
supply! Pill 11 is really hidden. It looks like you could use a Dremel power
tool to cut an access hole in the top of the CF card reader to have access to
the chip.

It may also be possible to solder off Power pin (pin 16) (easily accessable in
the front without cutting the CF card reader). This may also stop the
watchdog.

(try, at your own risk)
I know its not a very practical solution, sorry, the best I can think of for
now.
