Thanks for the idea.
My next step will be to trya and apply the info the Cirrus 9301 manual to what I am trying to accomplish, as I had not done that yet  (but knew I was missing important info).

Perhaps the ts7200 uses different offsets than the ts7250(in the
boot.s     or related files) and these will need to be edited.
