The current TS7300 FPGA load has 2 XDIO ports at 0x72000040 and 
0x72000044.  They are identical to the TS-7260 XDIO except the 2 
available clock sources are 75Mhz and 37.5Khz (as opposed to 
14.7456Mhz and 32.768Khz on the TS-7260)  The IRQ connected is ARM IRQ 
#40.

Since the XDIO cores occupy such little space on the Cyclone2 FPGA 
we'd like to implement more instances of the XDIO in a future 
bitstream.
