The voice recognition request came from marketing.... Where feasibility and practicality do not dwell very long.... :-) Basically our industry is very competitive, with little brand differentiation. So it would be nice to offer something our competition doesn't have, like voice recognition. They have DTMF; we will have SMS (text) messaging and web-enabled phone control.
