Go with a DTMF detection algorithm then. You could also have a hardware DTMF detector hooked to your audio line which you can read the digits from. You have to provision for a false detection rate as well as no detector is %100. "Don W. Carr" <> wrote: I agree, for a multi-million dollar corporation help line with thousands of visitors per day, but a one off system with 5 users, you can't really afford to mess arround with voice recognition. Eventually we might have a very simple to use and install open source voice recognition program, but untill then . . . . .
