I agree with Don, use the touch tone keys on the phone. Reading a
list of numbered options and waiting for number tone(s)in response
would be more efficient than trying to decode the response even if
there were only 20 words.

small domain voice recognition, particularly in an IVR, is useful. "Press or Say one" is a much more convienent interface, notably for cell phone users. It has long been my hope that with the crunch co-processor sorta-kinda-working finally, that the EP9302 could do it, using sphinx or some other product like that.
