Be careful what you ask for -- you may get it.
I've found that running a wiki that allows for anonymous posting invites it
to be spammed. [Many try to increase website ratings in search engines.]
Often times bots are employed to remove all content and replace it with pages
of links, and the bots often repeat the process every hour. Logins are
probably a realistic but undesirable requirement. I implemented a blocklist
for IPs and content of posts, but it slows the process of posting to the wiki
considerably.
Anyway, if you think a wiki is needed, I have the ability to host it.
BTW, in my previous post I made a technical error; I used "ramfs" in place
of "ramdisk" in trying to compare tmpfs and ramdisk. Sorry about that.
