Thanks Vicki. It was made by a friend of mine by the way, I didn't have
neither the tools nor the space at the time to do it myself, am very happy
with what he build while using your site as a guide. As for mics, I use
8020s with the SASS - I like very much how they sound. I do take two
lightweight tripods with me as well (one for the SASS and one for the DMS)
but those go in checked luggage when I fly; I have a backup single small
gorilla style tripod that can hold one of the two rigs in my hand luggage
though.
