The cues should be there in the xml field, open up both the original and it=
's copy in wave agent and it should appear on the "more info" page. (page =
2 of metadata.)
Or, check both files using the FADGI BWF meta edit program.
Unless when you're copying the files and it's stripping the xml fields, it'=
s there.
Also, In Izotope rx remember to check the "preserve non audio data" box whe=
n saving.
In short, check both the files in a program that reads/shows the xml field.=
Grant.
