Along with the dips that David mentions, I see a peak around 2.5 to 2.7 k.=

The coloration is quite distinct and reminds me of my own attempt at placin=
g omni capsules in home made ear canals. I didn't persevere very long with =
fine tuning mine because I wanted to get the free airy sound back into my r=
ecordings immediately as the season was flying by me.=0D

Regarding height perception, it's a subtle thing, but I think placing the '=
head' ( un naturally, I know ) very close to the ground helps to introduce =
a vertical dimension to the reproduction.=0D
