Has anyone ever suffered from this? If close to the fence (and well away from the power box) there's a constant "tick tick tick." through the recording. System being used is Sennheiser ME67 into Fostex FR-2LE. Phantom power from the Fostex. Yes we can eliminate it by getting well away from the fence but for various reasons we need to be within a couple of meters of the fence. Have tried different XLR cables, using battery power on the K6 rather than phantom, other channel, even feeding the ME67 into a Roland R-05. Any ideas on shielding from it? Or is this a particular Sennheiser ME issue= ? (Haven't got a non-ME mic handy to test with at the moment) Thanks. tim |
