There is a complete list of commercial manufacturers of soundfield mics at the bottom of the Wikipedia article at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soundfield_mic#External_links There are only a few. The link there for home build mics is temporarily unavailable. These are listed on my website at: http://members.tripod.com/martin_leese/Ambisonic/ Scroll down to the "Elsewhere" section. The problem with home built mics, and with the Oktava mentioned by Emanuele, is lack of calibration. This is non-trivial, and you might want to seek help from the people on the sursound e-mailing list; visit: https://mail.music.vt.edu/mailman/listinfo/sursound Sursound is where the Ambisonic crowd hangs out.
