I just wondered if members would be willing to share more info on their mic= rophones commonly used in the field. I want to make improvements in the right direction. So far I have a: Rode Ntg2 Set of Lav mics for binaural. One contact mic from Jez. ( want another and a pair of hydrophones) A pair of Rode M3s. Other than a parabolica what would be better than the M3s and what else sho= uld I be considering.. ( still tempted by the Telinga SSM...) Cash is in short supply right now, but want to make the right choices. I th= ink a list like this might be interesting to those new to field recording n= ature too. |
