I thought the local buzzards had gone this year and there has been a call from a wealthy landowner to shoot all buzzards (protected) because they eat a few hand reared pheasants, but they're back. Two hunting together swooped on something in the garden near my mics, and the wing noises sound like wood pigeons. It was a fast swoop. http://soundcloud.com/stowfordnature/dr1000-2764buzzard David David Brinicombe North Devon, UK Cogito cogito ergo cogito sum - Ambrose Bierce |
