I'd wonder about about the amperage, not the voltage. Let's presume that is=
 plus or minus 48 V as it's supposed to be. Some mics require as much as 10=
 mA and there are systems that don't provide that. If your DPA's required m=
ore amps than the rest, that would explain things.
