I haven't used the Rode NT4 so I can't say anything about it, but I like th=
e one I have and that is Audio Technica BP4025. I use it both by itself and=
also in a Telinga dish. BP4025 is pretty sensitive and has reasonably low =
noise. You do need phantom power though.
