"You could mount the PCM-M10 inside the dish and operate it with the wired = remote". Good suggestion. I mounted an Olympus LS10 inside a small parabolic dish on= e time, and it worked well. The dish provided quite a bit of gain even tho= ugh the mic was not in the exact focus point. "instead of directionality, focus on proximity" No technology beats getting up close. Fieldcraft is a big part of successf= ul nature recording. --oryoki |
