Hi Vicki, Sorry to hear the problem persists. Does the same mic exhibit t= he problem when plugged into an external sound card with P48 / xlr mic inpu= t? - or similar mixer ? Could it actually be down to the recorder? - I would imagine that Sennheise= r test the mic before returning to the customer which would indicate the re= corder has a problem unless their quality control just flew out the window.= .
