Previously I worked on a Wintel platform, then I switched to a Mac running OSX. Imho Mac/OSX is a winner: by far more reliable, more stable, easier to use, safer, hassle free even in quite complex environments. My current setup: MacBook, Edirol UA 25ex audio interface, Genelec 8020, Genelec 8030+sub nearfield monitors. Software wise my workflow is based on SD Wave Agent, Audiofinder, Logic. Everything works fine- and that is what I like. |
