I'm spending a lot of time reading today. ;-)
Yes, I recorded with the H4N when it came last week just to make sure it wa=
s working.
This is the second one. It seemed fine. I wasn't doing any critical listeni=
ng though.
I did ask Samson what they thought I should match the built in mics with an=
d they recommended the Samson CL2.
They are cheap and I might take a listen.
At this price point I couldn't find anything that recorded 4 channels at on=
ce. I could use my laptop
with a i/o device but that seems so bulky.
Once this project is in the can I might consider the laptop option again.
