I have a pair of KRK "Rockit" RP5s originally purchased for an
installation and thought they were remarkably good considering how
cheap they were and that I got them at Guitar Center. Reasonably flat,
not too bright and fatiguing as my last pair of desktop monitors in
that size could be, and enough extension despite their 5" drivers that
they could integrate with your sub OK.

I see that they have been reworked, it might be worth some review
digging to make sure they weren't compromised in the process (KRK
promise improvements, but then they would)...
