Works great for me, but I don't use it to cover media files because that collection is too big! I'm using a Drobo array for my audio. You can boot a backup by wiping the disk and installing a new system. During that process it asks if you want to restore from a Time Machine backup. Recently went through that process with one of my laptops that became terminally confused, and it was restored. -Dan |
