chevrons should keep the urls from breaking

next get a stereo T-bar that has the spacing you are interested in
here's an example -- but the spacing is too small for another other
than XY:

or you can make one that accommodates 20, 30 or 40cm spacings
but then the longer lengths become somewhat unwieldy in a pistol grip
setup

as for windshields:
individual ball gags (one for each 3032) would work better than
trying to fit both into a zeppelin
but not sure where to get cheaper versions of these -- or maybe there
is a DIY
or maybe a couple of those slip-on softies

anyway, a hand held rig for 2x 3032's shouldn't break the bank
and the Rycote mafia should be sued for monopoly! ;)
