I tried my MP-2 with 3032s on 48V with max gain. It motorboated but 
that stopped when I lowered the headphone volume. Clearly a power 
supply 'softness' issue.

Switching to 15V phantom fixed it at any headphone volume.

I've been running 3032s on the MP2 at the mark below max gain to 
match them with 3032s into mic inputs of my 744T at "60.5 dB" gain. 
No motorboating at that gain setting.
