Mystery over !   Thanks to off-line help from Rombout de Wijs, who
went on to check with Magnus Robb, this is indeed a Willow Tit
(Parus /Poecile montanus). The double "tsip-tsip" at the start I had
not heard before, but the "cheers" are the same. For those with
the "Sound Approach to Birding" check disc 1 track 67, the first
phrase there is just like mine.  Thanks to all who pitched in on this
one !
