Hi Greg, Actually, it is the recordings on your site that gave me the thought of using the MK21. Basically, I'm looking for more low frequency response around moving water than I get with the MK41. If the MK21 will do that, it has the attraction that I don't have to deal with a Jecklin disk or a boundary, which is kind of inconvenient for what I have in mind. For whatever reason, I haven't had a particularly big problem with humidity, including recording under a fir tree (gotta do what ya gotta do to ditch the umbrella) with an uncovered mic in the rain :) Rory |
