Sound Devices makes great products, provides excellent support,
including regular software improvements, and listens to its
customers. I use the 702 and could not be happier. To get a sense of
the product and the customer base, in addition to this forum you
might have a look at Sound Devices's own forum and the forum at
www.jwsound.net/swf As between the 722 and 702, in the last couple of
years flash card memory has improved immensely in capacity and has
become quite cheap.
