Thanks for that suggestion . What I've done eventually in a fit of creativity is to wrap some plastic garden mesh around the two rings of each mount and hold them with elastic bungee cord. Tie wraps might be even better. This cage has the right rigidity/flexibility ratio and has no rattling noise at all, even with a good shake. It also gives me more than an inch of air all around and allows me to drop the furry on easily. Takes less than a minute to set up. james |
