Rob, watch out for the plug in power in these designs. They work with plug=
in power, but adds quite a lot of noise. (All???) Most recorders nowadays
seem to use a chipped current regulator for the PIP voltage and it doesn't=
work well. It might work fine with a single FET acting as impedance
converter, but that is sooo impractical when there are excellent FET IC's=
with built in base resistor and all.
