I would also mention that the amount of storage within Gmail is such that n=

one worries about getting files that are too large, (unless their connectio=

speed is a factor) as of now I have 2.5 gigs of storage left to use. It
would be possible to save many hours of compressed recordings without using
up precioous hard drive space.
I would agree that the clutter is cut down considerably and the labels you
can apply to topics for reference are a real time saver when searching.
