OK, I'm back and I will try to answer some of the comments here :)

<Not that I don't just believe you it is just that I don't.>

I don't know what this means?

>As Moderator of the Micbuilders list it is entirely possible the
feedback you got was just something directed at me and had nothing to
do with a need for text to be limited here. I have no clue what
direction you are trying to give to this group.>>>>

I think you may be a bit paranoid here, there is nothing encoded in what I
said and NOTHING was directed at you.
I am also a member of the micbuilders list and I enjoy the group, I find it
very informative.

Let me start by saying that I DO not read a lot of the posts in
naturerecordists, it would be impossible to do so, I'm out working most
times recording or whatever!
I do however try to read through the first lines because as moderator, I
should do. I, like many others use the delete key if I find the subject not
appealing to me.
But as moderator I get many e-mails off group asking me to change their
e-mail delivery or complaints, most of the time I just ask people to delete
what they don=92t like!
Over the last couple of weeks, I had in excess of 20 e-mails from various
folk saying that the group has gone too far off track.
45 people have unsubscribed from the list..

All I ask is this, if you feel a subject is a little off topic (and in a
couple of admissions this week saying it could be) think about it before yo=
u
post...
There is nothing dark about what I have said, I have to do the dirty work
here and if you know me, I'm a fun loving guy who has also had his fingers
wrapped on a few occasions :(

Personally, if people like Klas and Rob etc left this group, I would
consider NOT being here, this is the very reason I am a part of this
group...

A lot of good people have left this group including Walter Knapp; I do not
want to see others go this way....
We had close on 950 members in June of this year and I thought we would hav=
e
easily hit the 1000 mark, we have gone down to 878 as of now....

Please don=92t look at me as someone wanting to take the ball away, I love
what you guys do, just think about what you post, including me :)

Again, thank you for your support....
