That depends on who's at the controls and how well they understand
what's going on in the signal chain.
Here's one cheap, light weight possibility: how 'bout an old-style
mechanical kitchen timer on top of the box, right in the middle,
resting on a bit of foam? Tick... tick... tick... tick... approximately
equal in all four mics, I would think.
