I will definitely score the insides as you recommend, anything to help out =
the youngsters. Again, I appreciate your help with this as it is near and d=
ear to my wife and her enjoyment of the birds.
  A friend of mine is retired from his own small lumber mill and has some r=
ough hewn lumber that may be a good wood to use, mostly poplar and oak.
  I'll let you know how I make out with the housing project as it develops.
