I've only tried  to retransfer a field recording mafe on an HiMD
formatted discs a couple of times to test it, but yes, the files
actually disappeaed from the HiMD directory I performed the  2nd
SoundStage transfer from disc again.  The first transfer remains on
your HD though until you erase it. If others know of work arounds
etc, let me know. RD
