Fasting does not work for me to keep a quiet stomach at dawn.
Exercise getting into the field after a car ride always gets my
stomach making noise at dawn if I do not eat.
I find if you eat a bagel about 10 mins prior to recording makes for a
quiet and happy stomach.  And then you can still have your coffee or
tea whenever.
